Relaxing Flowers Bath Soak

This relaxing soak will nourish the skin while reducing stress and helping to calm the body and mind.  The flowers are chosen for their healing and relaxing properties. The arnica and mineral salts make it great for tired or sore bodies. 

This floral soak comes with a muslin bag that can be used over and over. To use, fill the bag with ½ cup of the soak, then toss it into the tub as it’s filling with water or tie it to the spout and let the hot water run over it as the tub fills.  While soaking, rub the bag directly over the skin to get even more benefits from the herbs.

For shorter soaks, the herb bag can be used twice.  For longer soaks, which are fantastic, the bag will need to be refilled each time.

Calendula Flowers*, Rose Petals*, Chamomile Flowers*, Lavender Flowers*, Hibiscus Flowers*, Arnica Flowers*, Passion Flowers*, Yarrow Flowers*, Oat Tops*, Marshmallow Root*, Himalayan Salt, Dead Sea Salts, Epsom Salt

Directions: Place a half cup of soak into muslin bag. Drop bag in hot bath or tie to spout and let water run through it as the tub is filling. Once soaking, rub the bag directly on skin to get even more benefit from the herbs.

When finished, empty bag and allow to dry for next use.

This Bath Soak should be used within one year.
